Designed in collaboration with Longpre Architecture, Mamquam House showcases a distinctive “Japavarian” style—a harmonious blend of Japanese, Scandinavian, and Bavarian design influences. The residence will feature 30 efficiently designed suites alongside community amenities our residents value. A central courtyard will serve as a vibrant social hub, encouraging connection and fostering a sense of community.
