Our concept of affordable co-living aligns with local cost of living and average income levels. Our suites include utilities and access to communal amenities like shared kitchens, dining areas, gyms, and gardens. We aim to keep housing costs within 30% of residents’ gross income to ensure affordability, as recommended by housing authorities such as BC Housing and CMHC.
Our suite prices typically range from $1,200 to $1,625 per month. The price varies depending on factors such as whether the suite is rented for a couple, with a pet, and other considerations. This cost includes your private suite with a kitchenette, access to communal amenities like shared kitchens, dining areas, gyms, and gardens, as well as utilities, household essentials, high-speed internet, and laundry facilities.
